Jill Rose

Owner

I am a lifelong South Bay resident and grew up in Palos Verdes Estates. I have always been an animal lover and had pets at home. I started out at a young age caring for neighbors pets. I also enjoyed volunteering at Cabrillo Marine Museum as a teenager.

We like to donate regularly to pet rescues. We have also participated in the K9 Cancer Walk in Long Beach. I had a fun time visiting Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, Utah. (If you ever have a chance to visit- it’s fantastic!) I started pet sitting in 1992 with another company and came over to Ally McPets and worked as manager of the team for 6 1/2 years before buying the company from my boss. I have truly enjoyed so much time spent with loving pets!

I had a fun experience being a part of Animal Planet’s My Cat from Hell on episode 8 during season 3.

I married my husband Ray in 2014. He grew up in Huntington Beach and has always been an animal lover. He really enjoys meeting the new pets on our schedule.

Amber Canty

Hi, my name is Amber & I was born and raised in the south bay. I have been an animal lover all of my life.

I grew up around dogs, cats, guinea pigs & birds. I knew my calling was taking care of all animals. I am certified in animal care & have over 10 years of experience in animal behavior, pet sitting and dog walking. I’ve learned all about animal behavior from volunteering and working at pet hospitals, pet stores and shelters. I take precise precaution with your pet on our walks making sure they are always safe. I am a trustworthy pet sitter and will always make sure your pet is happy, fed and has plenty of play time. I am excited to be a part of Ally Mcpets and look forward to meeting you and your fur babies!

Adrienne Rose

Hello, my name is Adrienne. I grew up mostly in Huntington Beach, CA.

Between the ages of 4 and 10, I lived in Tulare County, which is just a little east from Visalia, CA. With my upbringing, I was exposed to a large variety of types of animals. From farm animals to house pets. I knew from a young age that I loved caring for animals, as I have always been drawn to them. In my recent years I had been lucky enough to have lived in an environment where I cared for and loved all sorts of animals on the daily basis. From turtles and fish, to parrots, dogs, and cats, even ducks and geese. I am a nurturer by nature. It is something that I enjoy immensely. I have worked for Ally McPets in the past under the guidance of the owner, Jill Rose, where I have learned through her just how possible it is to do what you love for a living. I am thrilled to be back working again as part of the team

Katrina Plummer

Pet Care Specialist

Hi I’m Katrina and here I am with one of my rabbits, a Velveteen Lop named Kit Hare-ington.

I’ve had pet rabbits since I was 10 but have always loved all types of animals. I have 18 years experience pet sitting and dog walking in which I have cared for dogs, cats and exotic pets. I have also done wildlife rehabilitation for the past 10 years and am currently volunteering at the International Bird Rescue. I enjoy wildlife photography in my free time as well. I am happy to be a part of the Ally McPets team and look forward to having the privilege of caring for your pets.

Carol Seaman

Hi! My name is Carol and this is my dog Luci, I grew up in Rancho Palos Verdes. I now live in Gardena. I’ve had dogs ever since I was a little girl.

I love all types of animals and will treat your 2, 3, and 4 legged family members like my own.

Janan Shaheed

Pet Care Specialist

Hi, my name Janan. This is me along with dogs Lilo, Cairo, and Fendi.

I’ve had and cared for many pets over the past decade or so including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and a hamster. I have a Pet Health and Grooming Certificate that I received my junior year of high school. I also worked at a Canine Rehabilitation Center in Santa Monica as a veterinary assistant. I mainly worked overnights caring for and monitoring the dogs and cats that boarded there. I love being around animals whether they are pets, farm or exotic! Im excited to meet and get know you and your pets 🙂

Jacqueline Lee

Hello, my name is Jacqueline. I’m born and raised in Southern California. I live with my two cats and my German Shepard.

I have always lived in a household with animals and find great solace and happiness in them. I’ve grown to become very fond of animals and consider my pets some of the most important parts of my life. I worked for some time at a pet boarding hotel that hosted a variety of pets, and am currently studying science to pursue a field working with animals. I love meeting new furry friends and am looking forward to getting to know your pets.

Jordan Melendez

Hi! My name is Jordan and I’m originally from Minnesota but have been living in Southern California since 2014. I’ve always been an animal lover since childhood. Many fond memories of pet sitting for my neighbors, playing with my uncle’s dogs, and learning the importance of proper animal care and training.

I was also obsessed with watching Animal Channel and thought about becoming a Vet. I have some fostering experience where I worked primarily with cats. Few years ago I became a proud pet parent myself and rescued my 2 cats; Luna and Loki. I’m excited to be part of Ally McPets and look forward to meeting and caring for all of your pets.
